Before washing the tails and feathers took a lot of time with rinsing and scrubbing, rinsing, scrubbing etc. Now the product does the work for me! The tails and feathers are clean, shiny and soft and I notice my horses are happy with it. The tail and feathers stay de-tangled for a long while without even using de-tangling!"
